How do I buy the book?
If you live in mainland Southeast Asia or Canada, we ask you to use our local distributor, White Lotus Books. The book costs 950 baht plus postage.
If you live outside mainland Southeast Asia you can order the book from Amazon.com, White Lotus Books or from this website. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to make payments if you buy from this website. You can use your credit or debit card. You will receive an email from PayPal to confirm your transaction. Canadians – for some strange reason, Amazon.com will not send books to Canada. In this case, please order through White Lotus or this website. Your book will be sent from Thailand.

As a retailer, where can I buy multiple copies at trade discount?
If you are in mainland Southeast Asia, you can purchase copies for retail at trade discount from White Lotus Books. White Lotus Books can also supply at trade discount anywhere else in the world upon request.
Outside of mainland Southeast Asia, you can also purchase at trade discount for retail directly from the publisher, Galangal Press Ltd by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Books will be despatched from either Thailand, the US or New Zealand.

All credit card payments are securely processed via PayPal so you can rest easy knowing you can shop safely on our site.
How much is the postage & packaging?
Using this site, postage and packing is US$10 per book to anywhere in the world. New Zealand and Thailand have different (cheaper) postage rates.
When will my book be delivered?
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email once the book has been dispatched.
Orders are sent by SAL and it should be with you in 5-12 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. New Zealand orders should be with you in 5 working days.
Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas.
Can the delivery address be different to the billing address?
If you are sending a gift, please enter the recipient’s name and address in the message box when you check out.
What is your return policy?
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, we will be happy to give you a refund provided you return the book to us in fully re-saleable condition and within 14 days of the date you receive the book.
If we find that the book has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or deduct up to 60% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Any refunds will be returned to the card holder’s account using the original payment method, within 14 working days of receipt of the returned book.
Please note: A refund of postage and packaging charge cannot be given.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
How do I return a book?
In order to help us process your returns quickly, please email us at email@example.com before sending anything back to us. We will issue you with a Return number and the Return address.
